Clio Awards: Before "Marcel," There Was Pangaea (June 2017)


During Cannes Lion, the Publicis Groupe announced that they were taking a year off from any award show participation in order to pool all of their resources into an internal communication platform called "Marcel." It sent shockwaves through the ad industry.

But then I discovered that JWT had already done this...two years ago.

I had the pleasure of sititng down with MEC Global Chief Talent Officer Marie-Claire Barker and Girl's Lounge founder and The Female Quotient CEO Shelley Zallis to discuss gender equality issues and challenges as part of Advertising Week's AW360 panel series. 



D&AD Impact Awards: Sustainability & Responsibility Panel (July 2016)

As part of Advertising Week's "AW360 Live," I hosted a panel as lead-up to the D&AD Impact Awards (for which I also served as jury member). The panelists included D&AD CEO Tim Lindsay, Droga5 strategy director Elaine Purcell, NASDAQ director of corporate responsibility Evan Harvey, and the president of McCann Global Health Andrew Schirmer.
